By registering for or using the app, you accept these Terms of Use.
2. Description of the App
67 is a social/photo app. Users can, among other things:
- create a user account,
- publish images and content,
- view posts from other users,
- like and comment on posts,
- add friendships,
- view profiles,
- report content,
- receive notifications.
The exact range of features may change over time.
3. Minimum Age
The app may only be used if you are at least 16 years old.
By registering, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old. If we determine that an account violates this requirement, we may restrict or delete the account.
4. User Account
A user account is required for certain app features.
You are responsible for ensuring that your information is correct and that your password is kept secure. You may not share your account with other people.
If you suspect that someone has gained unauthorized access to your account, you should contact us immediately.
We may suspend, restrict or delete accounts if these Terms of Use are violated or if misuse of the app is suspected.
5. Permitted Use
You may only use the app lawfully, respectfully and in accordance with these Terms of Use.
The following are not permitted in particular:
- insults, hate speech, bullying or harassment,
- threats or calls for violence,
- discriminatory content,
- sexual, pornographic or age-inappropriate content,
- illegal content,
- content that violates the rights of others, such as copyright, trademark rights or personal rights,
- publishing other people’s private data without permission,
- spam, fraud or misleading content,
- manipulation of the app,
- automated use, bots, scraping or technical attacks,
- circumventing security features or restrictions.
6. Uploaded Content
You are responsible for the images, text, comments and other content you publish in the app.
You may only upload content for which you have the necessary rights. If you publish images of other people, you must ensure that you are allowed to do so.
By uploading content, you confirm that this content does not violate third-party rights and does not violate applicable law or these Terms of Use.
7. Rights of Use for Content
You generally retain the rights to your own content.
However, so that the app can function technically, you grant us the right to store, display, reproduce, technically process and make your uploaded content available to other users within the app.
This right of use applies only to the extent necessary for operating and providing the app.
If you delete content or your account is deleted, the content may be removed from the app. Technically necessary backups may continue to exist for a limited period of time.
8. Comments, Likes and Interactions
Users can interact with content from other users, for example through likes, comments or friend requests.
These Terms of Use also apply to such interactions. Comments or other interactions must not be insulting, harassing, unlawful or misleading.

10. Moderation and Account Restrictions
We reserve the right to review, remove or restrict content if it violates these Terms of Use, legal requirements or third-party rights.
We may restrict, suspend or delete user accounts if these Terms of Use are violated or if there is a reasonable suspicion of misuse.

11. Availability of the App
We try to provide the app as reliably as possible. However, continuous availability cannot be guaranteed.

12. Advertising and Monetization
The app may contain advertising in the future.

The app may currently be operated without advertising or only with limited advertising.
13. Push Notifications

15. Third-Party Rights
You may not upload or distribute content that violates the rights of other people or companies.

- rights to one’s own image.
If a potential rights violation is reported to us, we may review and, if necessary, remove the affected content.
16. Liability
We are liable in accordance with statutory provisions for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, as well as in cases of intent and gross negligence.
In cases of simple negligence, we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations. In such cases, liability is limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage.
Users are generally responsible for the content they publish themselves.
We accept no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness or legality of user content.
17. External Links
The app may contain links to external websites or services.
The respective operators are solely responsible for the content of external pages. We have no influence over their content and accept no liability for it.
18. Changes to the Terms of Use
We may amend these Terms of Use if this is necessary for legal, technical or organizational reasons.
We will inform you about significant changes in an appropriate way, for example within the app or by email.
If you continue to use the app after the changes take effect, the amended Terms of Use will apply.
19. Termination and Account Deletion
You can stop using the app at any time.

20. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
